That ain't how genes work, dude. For example, if you burn yourself on the wrist with an iron, the marks won't be passed on to your children. Because burning yourself won't affect your genes, so by that logic, that dog won't pass on its cool marks to its children. :/
Unless the dog got burned in a radioactive site that was combusted, then possibly.
