No that's not how it works
In poly relationships when they can't keep it up anymore(with one or more members) It does usually end in a break up, but no we don't vote out
We kindly tell them that we can't keep up the multi-relationship anymore, and it usually resolves peacefully

i never got voted out but then again like 90% of the other didn't know i existed
