how am I wrong? I'm not one but I know MOST homophobes hate LGBTQ for the unnecessary attention they try to get with the rainbow flags. which is annoying me too. I'm not straight but I never talk about my sexuality unless it's the topic.

Of course they'll be some person that will make their orientation their whole personality, straight or not, but I don't really think that homosexuals wants to attract attention, more the opposite.
Also, people are gonna hate even if no one asked or tried to attract attention, take Mr Beast for example. I think it's more the opposite : because the hate towards the LGBTQ grown, they got more attention from the media.
And yeah, that's probably not deserved, but I'm sure there are alot of them who will be happy to not be in the center of attention.

Last point, if the businesses decide to invest into the pride month, blame the businesses, not the gays...

I mean, they put the lgbtq flag anywhere, including their bios templates and shit. also the lgbtq riots? not even talking about them. also companies do it so they don't get called homophobic and shit. and homophobia is not bad, just remember you see homophobies the same way they see you, and let them hate, does it harm you?

Hate harms, that's why it has a bad connotation.

In my opinion, homophobic are actually making the inverted effect of what you claim :
- BECAUSE homosexuals gets alot of hate, people put the rainbow everywhere as support or even as a dare. People usually discover their sexuality when they are young, and young people gonna challenge and taunt at any "oppression" against them.
- BECAUSE some young people are disowned, randomly insulted, saked, socially isolated and therefore more subject to depression and such, there are LGBT riot. There are regions where isn't NOT accepted, period. And that a horrible thing to live just for a romantic story.
- BECAUSE people search for support (reasons listed above), the LGBTQ group was created. It wouldn't matter if that really wasn't a big deal as you said.
- BECAUSE people want to support the people that got a horrible treatment (which is of course not the worst thing on earth but it doesn't make it better), than some businesses want to invest into the anti-homophobic movement and make money of it. Welcome to capitalism ! They would do anything for money.

it still is unnecessary, if you put it for support, put it when needed. go***mn. I mean you know about Islamophobia right? I get harrassed for believing in a religion but I don't always put "Islam is the true religion Allahu Akbar" everywhere. I stand up for the religion when an Islamophobe starts harrassing me or any other fellow Muslim.

A point that you omitted is that religion got his fair amount of attention.

We got riot because of [any religion]phobes.
People made groups to support religious people that are oppressed.
It got the attention of the media and companies for a long time.
People where putting their religion symbol in social media.
We taught IN SCHOOL about that and why everyone should be respected whatever his religion is.

Results ?
Does everyone believe in religion ? No.
Did the kid got a bad influence on it ? No.
Do we still taught that in school ? Yes.
Did the companies and media calmed down on it when the [any religion]phobics became more silent (sorta) ? Yep.

Take that example (It's a bit extreme but it gotthe point) : racist people justify themselves by saying that they're more black people than while people in prison, so that prove that black people are more likely to do really bad crimes.
But actually, that's because they are alot of bias and made ideas about black people that they are more likely to go in prison than a white guy for the same crimes.
