Burning and looting stores when minimum wage employees are in them is bad because it threatems the saftey of those workers, stealing is bad. Burning and looting stores over the violent actions of a police officer harming an innocent black man is bad because stores have nothing to with the actions of police officers. Also, no one threatened minimum wage workers with violence over the pride merchandise, people just stopped buying from the store over the pride merchandise. Listen to your cognitive dissonance, first you are glad to hurt a store's profit by violently looting but now you feel sorry for the store losing profit when people simply stopped going to the store.
