My understanding is that in gender reassigment they get repurposed, which has to be all kinds of weird. If it was flipped inside out, it might feel like you were constantly fxcking yourself. Not the worst thing...

You’re right. The article I saw was about having your p**is amputated for cancer not about gender reassignment surgery. I don’t know what either feels like, but my most probable reaction is encapsulated in image above.
