Where *Does* All the Money Go?

$50,000 benches, $10,000 garbage cans, and the salary of people who's job it is to tell people that bigotry is bad and that they don't like it.

I live in Pittsburgh, so I sympathize with the whole pothole problem, and our landlord is more receptive to it than the city or state. It seems like a lot of things they do is just a waste of money.
