If they are mentally developed to the point of deciding to transition, then they are also developed to the point of drinking alcohol, driving, owning guns, and voting.
Probably the one that has done the most research on this is the NIH in the UK... Their data covers the whole of the UK... and they say it's just a phase... leave the kids alone, until they can make their own decisions as adults... Something you ignore.
