Go to the stream where you made the disapproval. Click [Settings] to go to the Stream Settings page. Scroll to the bottom, where all the moderators/owners are listed. Click on your own name to see a list of your recent moderation actions. To the right of the word Disapprove there is a string of 6 letters & numbers; click that to go to the meme. Scroll down & click [Edit]. Click [Approve]. A confirmation box will appear.
