So this was happening for a few months

So my sister at the time was 4 and I was 10 and it happened when we said good night and I give my sister a hug and kiss on the forehead like basic sibling stuff when mom wasn't looking my sister kissed me on the lips for too long for it to be sibling-like and it happened for a week straight until mom noticed

And today my sister is 5 I'm 11 and I was on a call with my friends until when I stood up and my sister tried putting her hands up my shorts and I ran and locked myself in the half bathroom and my sister kept banging on the door and putting her fingers under the door and my friends were on speaker and I kept screaming and trying to climb on the counter.

And my mom came downstairs and told my sister to stop banging the door and I my sister kept asking if I'm mad and I just ran upstairs and threw my phone and tablet and punched a pillow while crying.

And I just recovered from that 4th grader sexually harassing me too.. I don't know what to do because when I tell my mom she just says "she's only 5 she doesn't know better" ans she gives my sister a talk and my sister continues the sexual touching like nothing happened and she also stares at me alot
