When the developers are evangelion fans they add stuff like this. For context, this is the bargainer statue under the great abandoned central mine. Unlike the other ones, this one has a full body. You can find it under the runway behind this statue, I assume it's meant to represent Zelda but I'm not quite sure. Just go into that room and look at it for a bit. If you've seen the show you'll quickly understand what I'm talking about.
