I have read the Durham report. It does not say that Putin does not do all he can to destabilize his "enemies." I have friends who are cops. They stress that finding a primary suspect is as easy as figuring out who had the most too gain. Putin has the most to gain from most of the Freedom Caucus' agenda, especially those that would hurt the economy or tend to undermine trust in traditional organizations and tenets.
