I mean...ok, as somewhat of a conservative, I can kind of say that you're wrong here. Pride events talk about very human values. Stuff that is very...NOT God-ish or whatever. While churches talk about religion. Honestly, I would tale my kid to church instead. Not for a homophobic reason, but to ensure a good afterlife for them.
