Perhaps try taking your weapons to a Rock Octorok? Placing a weapon in front of one and letting it inhale it will make it spit it out but it is untarnished and depending on how good your weapon boosts are, it will give it a better one

I'm not putting that much effort in for a weapon that's gonna break in about five minutes.
