New line of sight rules:
If you could only see 1 warrior. In 9th edition and left over attacks would carry over to the rest of the unit. Not anymore so even if 4 other bolt shots land. That one warrior dies. Reanimated instantly without a 1/3 chance behind it.

More powerful tanks and anti tanks.

People will be more keen on taking tanks as they have been buffed. So to counter this more people will be taking anti tank wepons. And anti tank wepons are not that good with dealing with infantry. So the unit won't suffer that many causalities. Therefore a greater percentage of lost warriors will come back.

Living metal rules:

Characters only had a 1 wound a battle round regen in 9th. In 10th this will become D3 due to reanimation protocols replacing it.
