I insult myself, too

That's a weird method...

I'll be honest I initially started because I work a customer service job and everyone used to be worried about even saying little things that were deemed offensive, yet true and often funny. I began making fun of myself via my sexuality and my indeginious ancestors, then between diverse and non-pc family and friends I had a pass for everything but the "n" word, so I started making fun of everyone while requesting my coworkers to make fun of me.

It certainly boosted morale at my store since I moved there two years ago, and everyone's a lot more loosened up, level-headed and easy to get along with. We're like a family now. At the same time it's like how it was pre-2016 when everyone just enjoyed life and laughed a lot, getting through life without walking through minefields.

Okay, so that works like that !
Damn, I bet you're now the hero of this store

The only way I could be the hero of the store is if I could convince everyone that Buffalo Trace products are not worth the hype and people stop obsessing and harrassing people over them. lol

But yeah, it's my little way of resisting modern society where everyone wants to find problems with someone or something and start a fight about it.
