I do not know about black gang bangers, but I used to visit for Church in a Spanish area, ant the Hefe of the gang was working to get out the vote while I was visiting one Saturday.

In my Chicago experience it was mostly minorities. There were a few older white people who didn't get out that had lost all of their equity and couldn't afford to get out.

Yes! Buy a gun get good training in Safety and Gun handling and it puts you on par with an attacker.

I am a lifetime NRA member and they haven't given me an AR 15 yet.

In your hypothetical an unarmed untrained person has little chance whereas an armed and trained citizen may have a better chance.
