Hrm. . .no. Yin and Yang doesn't have good and evil as part of the balance dynamic.
1) The creators were looking for balance in the natural world, not the moral world.
2) Yin and Yang is about two opposing things existing in balance - man/woman, sky/mountain, sun/moon. Good and evil has never co-existed in balance of any kind.
