You know that ya technically can't, He is only the strongest in this event because of the fact he is the main villain, but i can't spoil anything, even tho Collector rn is stronger, but with every Seal opened He becomes stronger, so no, i am not asking you to do that, you're free to make his lighting stronger but on a power scale, He is definitely higher
