This mushroom is called Weeping Oak Polypore (Inonotus dryadeus) and is known to produce this fluid all over the body of the mushroom, hence the name Weeping Polypore. (READ THIS PART) This mushroom is actually parasitic and WILL kill trees, if you see this mushroom growing on your tree cut the tree down IMMEDIATELY before it hurts somebody. Once this mushroom starts growing on the tree, it is near impossible to save the tree.
