Wiz states, "Considering what she di..." but J from right next to Maeve rapidly shakes his head no in worry, so Wiz amends, "...d, I don't think we would've meshed well, but I wouldn't think I would have meshed well with someone like Fish before we started working together, so I'd give it a shot."
During the middle of the night, Maeve suddenly woke up with a scream, her heart poundind.
"Mother..."
She said softly as she grabbed her pillow and sat there, she soon got up and wandered around the base, looking in doors and at random stuff in the building
(no worries, I was busy all weekend anyway)
She just laid there, her breathing steady and quiet
All was calm for her even if she was plagued with horrid nightmares
Mawyz places an arm around her shoulder, "I get the famous parent thing, my dad was DRACULA. Although, I only knew him as a broken drunk until he sacrificed himself to kill my uncle."
J would summon the sacred sword of the legendary hero Caravanous, Excelsior "Call me J" (Excelsior is the sword of light, and is essentially evil repellent, being able to make water holy)
Maeve would stay silent for a moment before she just fell to the ground sobbing, screaming "SHUT UP! YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!!...You don't know what we had to go through when we were human! THE THINGS THAT WERE DONE TO US...You have no right to speak!"
(Nah, I'll free her myself)
J would immediately cover his ears, "ALRIGHT! ALRIGHT! SHUT OFF THAT INFERNAL NOISE!" before updating the spell to allow her to turn from whip form to humanoid form as long as he allows it
Marie-Louise would pull out a whip, it had been bathed in the blood of the innocent and created in the flames of hell "Day 6,281 of putting beings in there place"
Marie-Louise would stay silent, looking down at her hair as she began to laugh "You foolish mortal, I couldn't care less about my hair!" Her whip would begin to smoke and catch fire as she stood up, her arms dangling down "I only wish to ask you a question.."
Marie-Louise would fly back, her whip still in hand as she landed "Is the big bad man gonna cry now?" She'd slash his helmet, leaving a large dark mark
J would simply comment, "Your hair's getting pretty long" He then blitzes forward, cutting off her hair by making a cut on the back of her neck in an eye blink
"Hey, it's not my fault that she was causing chaos. AND, if she was willing to listen, I would've just settled for negotiations. But, she just had to attack and not wait to hear my terms, so she's staying in there as punishment"
*A man dressed like a pirate, flintlock pistol and all, walks straight up to her*
???: Who's the new blood?
J: Her name is Maeve. Fish, back down.
Fish: *sighs as he takes a step back* Yeah yeah...
J would say, "This is where my team's located. Me, Yin, Luna, Zak, Mystic, Wiz, Frosty, Helmetee, my siblings Pseudo and Memeboy, Mawyz, Charlotte, and Admiral Fish... you'll get used to him."
J would simply shrug, and walk off, having stopped her attacks, but adding in one thing, "The only way to break it is to have a magic wielder stronger than me break it. And those are in short supply, especially since I was using Exodus's power when I cast it as well"
The armor would only start dripping. "I give you credit, getting holy metal from the gods to start melting is a good feat, but it also pisses me off, so let's end this" He rips the whip out of her hands, and slashes her across the chest with Excelsior's holy light. J then starts to spin around her whip, and begins sealing away her soul within her weapon
J would simply comment, "He IS a pirate. Time displaced from the 1700s. That's a longer story than we have time for. Those two black-haired girls are Isai (Yin) and Tsuki (Luna), Isai's the one with the ten rings. Frosty's the black haired buff guy, Mawy's the pale one, Charlotte has the pink streaks in her hair, my siblings are the two that look like me, Zak is the cyborg, and Helmetee's the robot."
*Charlotte would walk up to her, examining Maeve heavily* "You have strong blood.... But, I only mean that as a compliment." *Mawy, who had been behind her, sighs in relief and walks off*
J smirks"Alright then, let's see if I can," as he then almost instantly grabs her arm with blinding speed, the fist holding her suddenly shining in holy light
J would simply say, "Kid, I'm going to have to give you the hard truth that no one should hear. Being a good mother was the only nice thing your mom has going for her to fend off the allegations of being a monster personality wise"
*Charlotte tilts her head, examining Maeve* "Your bloodline is powerfully laced with magic." "Like mine?" *J asks, but Charlotte states, "Also powerfully laced, but with different magics."
Wiz nods, "I heard of her. She was somewhat of a great witch. And before you get offended, I mean that only as in her actions should not be emulated, but the fact that she had the power to perform those actions at all proves she was great."
(Pardon me, but J's armor covers his full body, so you leave burn marks on the suit)
J just stares at the leg "Did you just damage my suit?" The armor then surges with holy light, using the whip as a conduit to blast her with it
J would sit down a good distance away, "It's perfectly normal to feel anger. Like I said earlier, your mother's parenting was the only good thing that she did as far as I know. But please, don't go down her path. As long as you are willing to not harm innocent lives, I could get you a good place to live, a stable source of income, maybe even a chance to make a new life."
