Phasular energy is an fairly easy type of energy to make. All you need is plasma and cosmic rays. Cosmic rays comes from cosmic chickens and so making a farm of cosmic chickens is how you can easily make phasular energy.

Phasular energy is mostly known in the multiverse for being used to make incredibly awesome PHASULAR SWORDS and PHASE SABERS. Phasular swords and Phase sabers are swords that weaponize Phasular energy. These swords, while being lethal, isn't that strong. In fact one of the weaker metals, normal Resisteel resists Phasular energy and since Resisteel is very common Phasular sword and phase sabers are basically useless.

On the other side of the spectrum, Phasular guns are super effective on killing, so effective in fact that they are super illegal. A phasular 50.cal can penetrate through Reinforced Resisteel like its nothing.
