What's the book about?

It's about a girl who lives in a very dangerous city we're news reports talk about people being missing or found ripped apart with no trace. The deaths are mostly teenagers and everyone who was involved had this identical marks and there phone always has this symbol saying "You're fault".

me I haven't drawed mine yet but is that a manga/comic book or its a book with only texts ? Also, im making a book too but its only with texts.
