You have been walking through the forest in the dark for almost an hour now, feeling completely lost. However just when you are about to give up and accept your fate, you seen a small ray of light peaking through the trees up ahead. You run towards it, believing you have civilization, or at least people to help you. You burst through the trees, and see this.

(Human or humanoid OCs are preferred. Romance optional, but he’s straight and in my other story he has a girlfriend. No overpowered OCs please. The art was made by me :). You are allowed three items if your choice, nothing really special (ex. Rope, a dagger, and lantern, some coins, etc. no super stuff or anything.). Please keep your language clean, Evan does not approve of foul language (he might just eat you if you bug him too much).)

It:who goes there

Miner:Good to see someone else

Miner:Is that blood...

*trying to cover the corpse with his tail* “Uhm. N-no??”

Miner just stares confused and scared

“It’s not what it looks like!” (It actually is)

Miner pulls something out, you can't really see it but it looks metalic

*he frowns, his sharp teeth showing a little* “Is that a knife?”

Miner:no, it's a syrige, what it in it, i have no idea

*he looks menacing now* “What are you planning on doing with it?”

Miner:Using it on me

*the look disappears* “Why would you do that?”

Miner:I'm very curious

“That’s no excuse.”

Miner just inserts it, and unconscious

*looks at him for a second and sighs, before picking you up and walking into the trees to the left* (thoughts) I guess I’m taking them home with me… maybe I can call someone to help from there.

A weird goo is spreading across miner's body

*drops him in surprise* “OH MY—“

Miner:*wakes up* what happened

*confused silence*

Miner:yea this is fine

“…” *he grimaces, taking a step away from you*

Miner:You were never the danger, i was

*drops into a defensive crouch* “I’m trying to HELP you!!”

Miner:sorry what is going on

“You fainted and I picked you up so I could take you to my house to call someone to take you home! I live in the middle of nowhere for goodness sake!”

Miner:Well at least you have one

Phantom- uh... nevermind I'm going back into the woods...*takes a few steps back*

*Moves the corpse into the bush behind him with his tail* “Um. Was this your pet or something? If so I am so sorry I had no idea—“

Phantom- oh no its not my pet. I just didn't expect this scenario in the woods.

“You— you probably shouldn’t be here.”

Phantom- yeah...im a bit lost

“I mean— these woods can be dangerous. How’d you even wind up in a place like this?”

Phantom- I got lost...

*starts licking away the blood on his hands and around his mouth* “Are you expecting me to do something about it?”

Phantom- I'm assuming you know your way around the woods.

“Most parts of it. I know this part for sure. It’s… my hunting grounds, I suppose.”

Phantom- ah ok i see

“And I’m assuming you’ll want help getting out of here?”

Phantom- you guessed it.

“Kay. Tell me where you live and I’ll see if I can get you there.”

Phantom- well I live in florida.

“What the heck is florida?”

Phantom- its a place full of alligators and tropical fruit and old people.

“I don’t know what an alligator is—“

Phantom- oh...uh...its like a giant lizard with really sharp teeth and is wont hesitate to kill you.

*snaps his fingers* “Like an Arxmain?”

Phantom- no idea what that is.

“Arxmains! Giant scaly killing machines with tons of teeth! They’re native to these regions, actually.”

Phantom- ive never seen one of those...or heard of them but they sound dangerous.

*laughs* “Yeah, they are. But I love a good challenge, and they know not mess with me.”

Phantom- huh interesting

“Since I don’t know where Florida is, I could just bring you to my house and call someone from there. Is that okay?”

Phantom- sounds like a plan to me.

“Alright” *he stands up and brushes some grass bits off of his pants (he’s nine ft tall btw) “Let’s go then.”

Phantom- wow you are tall.

*looks down at him* “Nah, you’re just really small.”

Phantom- *frowns at him*

“What? It’s true!” *He starts walking into the trees to the left*

Phantom- *follows him*

“So while we’re walking, why don’t you tell me about yourself?”

Phantom- alright then...My name is Phantom, whats yours?

“Evan.”

Phantom- well its nice to meet you evan.

“Likewise, I guess.”

Phantom- yeah...how old are you?

“Uh… 19 I think. I didn’t know for most of my life.”
