There are already programs for school meals for families who qualify financially. The federal government already provides food subsidies for low income families. Families receives Earned Income Credit on taxes. Food banks provide FREE food. These programs have been in existence for years, if not decades.

Maybe we need a program to supervise parents receiving benefits to ensure they are fiscally responsible.
