But if you left him be, he would kill others, here's a problem, would you kill the man? Causing yourself to stay alone in a cell for a few years, or would you let him live, killing other families and letting others take this decision

you could report him to the police, or arrest him if you are a federal officer.

Listen kid, this is from personal experience, if someone makes you mad, offende you and your friends, what is your first reaction? You offend him back, if not that, like me, i would go straight to violence, i have anger issues, or patience issues, and alot of people dont have lot's of patience, Slyc probably lost he patience and got mad
