On June 1st, 2020 Sharif Hassan was arrested for doing his job as a journalist. The police apparently didn't like him taking
images of them arresting harmless protesters. The city of Atlanta eventually admitted that
there was no evidence of him committing a crime
& dropped the charges. Now they have to pay him
$105,000 in damages & not enforce curfews so strictly.
