You saw the video man I feel bad for you, and this person knew what they were doing. there are no laws that protect pets and animals, which means not much can be done about it.

When I found out the guy was chinese I was jokenly saying "of course he would do that bc he's chinese" and you know how they are steriotyped to eat cats and dogs and some snowflakes just said "that's racist" though some other guys agreed
