One day, In Edgyheads original timeline...
Edgyhead had done it. He'd killed nearly everybody. Everybody, except Collector and a few stragglers. It was just the two of them... alone, and ready to kill eachother.
E: Y'know... I once looked up to you... but now... I look down upon you, as I'm about to obliterate you.
C: Yeah... we'll see about that.
Edgyhead and Collector dueled for hours, and despite his great power...
Edgyhead was on the ground, bleeding out at a fast rate. In desperation, he shot a massive energy beam at Collector, but he simply reflected it back on Edgy. Edgy knew he couldn't win, he needed more power, so he fled. After years of recovery and hiding, Edgy decided to attempt to kill 401 and absorb her power. He went to her house and tried to kill her... but he couldn't do it. There was something about her that reminded him of himself, a crazed megalomaniac who was suffering on the inside. He helped her to her feet, and apologized for what he'd done. She eventually forgave him and they became friends, they would kill powerful beings together and split the power equally. Eventually, Edgy realized something. He didn't just like 401, he LIKED 401. He decided to confess and-
The two fell deeply in love and became very close.
Edgy, now with even more power, and an equally strong ally, decided to seek out a powerful gem, rumored to be locked away in a temple. After some searching, he found the temple, and blasted his way through the pathetic traps and puzzles. He'd found a quarter of the all-powerful Reality Ruby, and a pile of Omega Alloy and Galactic Gold alongside it. He used the quarter of the ruby to morph the materials into sets of armor for him and his beloved, and placed a Dimensional Diamond fused with the Golden Egg in the center of his.
Edgyhead was stronger than ever, and decided, that he would face Collector now. He found Collector, and fought him, and this time, he won. Collector was the one bleeding on the ground, and Edgy was victorious.
C: Well... You won. Was it... really worth it?
E: *A twisted smile appears on Edgys face* You have no idea.
And Collector was dead. He split Collectors power with 401, and they rested.
Edgyhead had won.
But he wasn't satisfied, he wanted more power, and as he saw the Dimensional Diamond on his chest-
