no it's not because if you look more closely at it you can see that the lines are not perfectly straight. also I doubt an AI can perfectly redo the outfit that i made for the character. So I would appreciate if you wouldn't be rude about it.

it could've been either a promt ai or a art converter ai
The prompt ai is a ai that can generate a image with the given prompt
So if it was descriptive enough they can get the same outfit

Converter ai is an ai that takes an image that you put and converts it into a image of the ai's style
like the ai's that would turn a persons face to look anime like

and to explain how the image is generated by ai is quite simple

1 the clothes and hair are the same color with the same shades
2 the bangs are smudged and doesn't match the shading technique everywhere else
3 the orange smudge just behind the hair on the right is the same color as the skin and isnt really anything
5 the stomach is half orange and half blue which is the same color as the background and doesnt make any sense for shading

all of these are common mistakes for a ai art that humans dont make
