Since MoonMan resigned, May I be able to take the VP position after being congressman for four months?

Since MoonMan resigned, our former VP became president. May I be able to take the VP position after being congressman for four months? At the start of being a congressman, I was denied positions such as HOC because of a lack of experience. But now that I have experience, and knowledge, I believe i'm ready.

So when the VP takes over the Presidency, the HOC (in this case Conanjaguar) becomes the VP, so you wouldn’t be able to become the VP currently until the next election cycle. However, you can nominate yourself to become the new HOC as that position is indeed open. That’s decided by Congress vote, and so it could take a few days as the President is still trying to fill Congress seats and then Congress needs to get their nominees and then vote on them.
