Oh wow! Is it already time for leftist riot season? Psssst . . . even the Black mayor of New York warned leftists NOT to leap to conclusions because New York law does allow for the use of force to defend yourself OR OTHERS . . . and since this was on a subway car and there was no way to get away from the demented Michael Jackson impersonator when he went violent, the ex-marine probably was justified in applying a choke hold -- in the defense of others -- until the nut-bag stopped fighting.
