One of my 6th grade teachers didn't really teach me anything. me and my classmates just sat their answering questions about ww2 and the ussr in MATH class. and now me and all my classmates that were in that class are braindead but know WAY too many things about nuclear bombs, chernobyl, and overall how to blow up earth's existence lol

my teacher didn't let us use computers or ANY sort of electronic in that class, so we couldn't use khan academy. when i got to 7th grade i was practically brain dead, and basically forgot how to do math. my 7th grade teachers were sort of annoyed when they figured out that in 6th grade me and my classmates didn't learn ANY math and are now joking around about blowing up the school

It's not pointless! It keeps you from your parents 6-8 hours per day and gives you homework to fill the rest of the void!

Networking, job skills, and home maintenance would be the best skills to teach that I was never taught in K-12 schools.

My 6th grade social studies teacher taught that important stuff while also making it fun. Once we had to do a Google sheets with a bunch of stuff about our future careers and how much things cost. Man he was awesome.

Kudos, if school must continue, more teachers should do that.

For college I'll be majoring in mechanical engineering and after that I will be applying for jobs in the manufacturing department based on my field, which is computer aided design.
