Listen here buckaroonie, I only got into Pokémon during the start of Generation IX. That shouldn't make me a "ChEemS". I don't think you're saying anything true about the community of players who only just got into Pokémon.

I'm offended. I actually did overlevel my whole ass team in Gen 6 and sweeped the entire Elite 4 and Champion. In Gen 7 it wasn't easy, there were 2 totem Pokémon I spent months on, it required a lot of leveling to beat both of them. The Elite 4 also required a lot of leveling to beat all the times I did. I never played Gen 8 and Gen 9 is freaking easy.

So you're right for Gen 9.

Also in Gen 4 I didn't have to overlevel my starter until that late game. I also haven't beat the Elite 4 yet, I haven't attempted it because I just haven't felt like doing it
