I hope u recover. Ik the feeling of having mental health breakdown. That feeling of losing sanity and going insane bit by bit from all the stress, madness and all the sorrow happening atound you,as you unhinge and descrnt into madness. I experienced it twice for about 2 months. I was absent at those 2 months. Trust me u will recover.
