What are the flags?
I only know the NB one and the ace one

the scarf is transmasc
left is uranic (attraction to men and enbies)
right is apothiosexual (extreme repulsion to sex)
left pin is aroflux (fluctuating romantic orientation on the aro-spec)
right pin is ambiamorous
ears is Gendersatyr (fluid between masc, enby, and xeno genders)
the butterfly at the top is ADHD
symbol in the middle is xenogenders
