now down in arizona, theres a hefty amount of white tails, mule deer, and even elk. i swear elk is mighty fine. barbecue it, put it with some mayo and bbq, between 2 slices of large bread (preferably whole grain or rye), put some red or white onion, lemon juice, and iceberg lettuce. AND MY GOD YOU GOT A F**KIN MASTERPIECE.
