*Threepaw looks around and her heart seems to drop into her stomach. Her ears flatten and she looks away. Jaywing turns to his app and hisses into her ear. Starpaw whispers back to him and the silver Tom simply flicks his ear in response*
(Just realized Blind Med-Cat Jaywing and Jayfeather are both alive rn lmao)

hollyleaf:*she padded over to threepaw sitting next to her*''are u ok?"*she mewed to her quietly*

Threepaw: y-yeah! I’m fine! I should’ve expected this . . .

Threepaw: yup. I mean, it’s unusual to see a cat with the 4th leg completely missing *she fakes a smile* and hey, some cats are nice! Like Jayfeather and Jaywing. Have you noticed that? Two blind silver and gray tabby male med-cats with the prefix ‘Jay’? I wonder if they like each other or not

*Threepaw purrs greatfully as Jaywing’s apprentice Starpaw pads over, followed by Jaywing and Jayfeather, who are having a conversation about weird med-cat stuff that doesn’t make sense when listening as an outsider of the conversation*
Starpaw: Hello Hollyleaf, hi Threepaw! I’m Starpaw. Sorry about my silence earlier, I was just a little surprised

Jayfeather: ok, yes, I agree that Starpaw is a mouse brain and annoying, but at least she’s TRYING to talk to Threepaw! *mutters* Willowshine hasn’t done squat. And as for Jaywing, he had no clue what was going on except that there was a new apprentice and people didn’t like her

hollyleaf:"brother, leave me alone!"*she hissed at him before padding off again*

Jayfeather: fine, be that way! *he pads back to the other med cats, fur bristling* sorry
Jaywing: No, it’s alright. If I heard correctly, she’s more mad at Starpaw than myself?
Jayfeather: *tail lashing* I have no idea
*Threepaw whispers something to Jayfeather before running after Hoplyleaf, almost sliding into the RiverClan deputy*
Threepaw: sorry! I’m sorry!
Mistyfoot: it’s alright, just watch where you’re going from now on *steadying Threepaw with her tail. Threepaw looks like she wants to shake off the older she-cat’s tail, but doesn’t. She nods before padding after Hollyleaf*
Threepaw: Hollyleaf! Are you ok?

hollyleaf:"oh im fine"*she sat down her fur still bristled up*"are u ok?"*she looked over at her talking in a soft mew*

Threepaw: yeah, I just, cats are treating me like I can’t do anything

Threepaw: I’m sorry *she leans against Hollyleaf* I think that, at least right now, has just found some cat he can relate to. But, if I’m being honest, I don’t think he’s really upset with you

hollyleaf:"hes not hes always acting like my older brother when we are all the same age.''*she wraped her tail around her legs and calmed down*"its just annoying he acts like i cant do anything on my own.''

Threepaw: on the contrary, he feels the same way about you and Lionblaze- not that he’s told me directly *she looks up and purrs* he mews in his sleep

hollyleaf:*she got up quickly*"u cant like him.''*she seemed kinda scared at the fact that she purred her fur bristling up*"nope.''*she padded off quickly*

Threepaw: *ears back and tail wrapped around her paws* wh-what did I do?
*as Hollyleaf is padding away, she accidentally bumps into something that looked like a little log*
???: Ow!

hollyleaf:*she quickly slashed at it as it frighted her*"OMG IM SO SORRY"*she jumped back her fur bristled*

*the log turned out not to be a log; instead, it was a dark brown tabby tom with a black underbelly and seemingly glowing amber eyes. He was very small for an apprentice, scent of ShadowClan clinging to his fluffy pelt. Oddly enough, no cat was talking to him. He was alone*
???: It’s alright, you didn’t see me *he looks away and grumbles* no cat ever sees me

hollyleaf:"u reak of shadowclan.''*she sat down her tail wrapped around her legs hearing distant yelling of thunderclan cats calling for her*"are u ok?"

???: I don’t reek! But yes, I’m ok

hollyleaf:*her nose was scrunched up*"oh god ok well ik u are from shadowclan but like. why are u here alone?''

???: because no cat wants to talk with a log

hollyleaf:"u act like sol..''*she was muttering to herself*

(Holy sh1t, Holly is just going off on people today)
???: Sol was the torti with the amber eyes, right?

hollyleaf:"yes he is.''(fr!!)

???: is? we drove him out, so he’s good as dead to us, right?

hollyleaf:"yea.''*she looked into the distance seeing sol again her fur bristling up*"yea hes gone.''

???: *concerned* What’s wrong? You don’t sound very sure

hollyleaf:"oh im fine but i hear my clan calling for me i should go.''*she padded back to her clan*

???: Bye! May StarClan light your path!
*the ShadowClan app sits there a little while longer, just staring at Hollyleaf and ThunderClan, before slinking into the shadows to join his Clan. Lionblaze looks at her*
Lionblaze: hey, are you ok?

hollyleaf:"im fine.''*she padded past lionblaze her fur still bristled up*

Lionblaze: What’s rubbed her fur wrong?
Jayfeather: *begrudgingly* no idea
Lionblaze: ok, what happened to you?
Jayfeather: nothing
Threepaw: . . . You’re more similar than you’d like to admit, you know that right?

hollyleaf:*she layed down underneath the highrock wrapping her legs around her tail*

Squirrelflight: Hollyleaf? Are you alright?

hollyleaf:"yes, im fine''

Squirrelflight: alright. I’m here if you need me *gently brushes her tail across Hollyleaf’s flank before walking away*

hollyleaf:"uh huh...''*she looked back down her ears flattened on her head*

*other cats know better than to bother Hollyleaf right now. Threepaw looks at Hollypaw sadly*
Threepaw: Jayfeather? I, I think I upset Hollyleaf
Jayfeather: how so?
Threepaw: well, one second we were talking about you, next she's telling me I can't like you

hollyleaf:*she was hissing to herself*

Jayfeather: let her be for a bit, she’ll come around in the morning- probably
Threepaw: *deadpan* why don’t I believe you right now?
Jayfeather: *pushing her lightly with his tail* go into our den, you can ask her in the morning

hollyleaf:*she padded away walking over to the warrior den before laying down*

~In the Morning~
*some cats are waking up for the dawn patrol. It’s a frosty morning. Leaf bare is on its way*

hollyleaf:*she stretched her fur still bristled up and her ears pinned to her head and padded out of the room completely ignoring all the other cats around her*

Brambleclaw: Good morning Hollyleaf. You’re up early

hollyleaf:*she hissed to herself before replying in a soft mew*"yup as always"

Brambleclaw: would you like to join the Dawn Patrol?

hollyleaf:"sure''*she sat down her fur bristled up*

Brambleclaw: are you alright? Is something bothering you?

hollyleaf:"oh im fine.''

*Brambleclaw nods, unconvinced, before signaling for the dawn patrol to move out*

hollyleaf:*she padded of before passing out right then and there due to being bitten by a spider

Brambleclaw: Hollyleaf!
*the world goes dark. when Hollyleaf regains consciousness, she is in the med-cat den. she can see the black, ginger, and silver blob of color that is Threepaw, treating her wound while a larger silver blob that is Jayfeather searches for a specific herb near the back of the den*

hollyleaf:*she was twitching still passed out*

*Jayfeather's mew shaky and kind of warped to Hollyleaf's ears*
Jayfeather: how's . . . breathing . . . check . . . heartbeat
*Hollyleaf feels a tiny paw on her chest, then lightly on her neck. Threepaw's response is also garbled, only every other word coming through*
Threepaw: weak . . . steady heart . . . next?

hollyleaf:*her twitches became worse almost as if she was haveing a seize*(idk how to spell that ;w;)

(it's ok, I can't spell to save my life)
Jayfeather: Hollyleaf . . . eat it *some herbs are pressed up to her mouth*

hollyleaf:*she couldnt control her body and was fully unconscious*

*Jayfeather shoves the chewed up yarrow into her mouth, begging her to swallow it*

hollyleaf:*she had woken up gasping for air*

Jayfeather: thank StarClan you're ok. Threepaw, the wound?
Threepaw: Isolated
Jayfeather: ok, take that dock and those cobwebs. when I tell you, you're going to pop the bite, ok? don't let the puss get into your mouth, use your claw. ready?
Threepaw: I'm ready
Jayfeather: Hollyleaf, you're just going to feel a bit more pain and then I promise it'll be over. you ready for that?

hollyleaf:"s-sure"*she quietly mewed and looked away*

Jayfeather: ok Threepaw, now! *Threepaw stabs the bite and the bubble pops, puss oozing out* gently get the puss out before you use the dock or it won't heal

hollyleaf:*she winced in pain*

Jayfeather: it's ok, you're ok *to Threepaw* is the pus gone?
Threepaw: yes
Jayfeather: chew the dock up and squeeze the juice in

hollyleaf:"OW"*she hissed*

Jayfeather: Threepaw!
Threepaw: I'm sorry!
Jayfeather: Hollyleaf, it's ok. you're gonna be fine
