He doesn't. A furry is a human who identifies as an animal. Talking animals are not furries. Stop confusing it. (Not a furry, but I hate when people mix things up.) Not saying that I don't love Beat Up A Furry Day. Yes, that does exist it's a real thing I checked.

I don't know if he is, but he can be one of those costumes that are possible to make you look like a real dog, but overall you're just seeing a furry.
