This is Penman, This guy has a reeeaaally long history in the Drawings stream but I'll give out some context:
Penman started off as an average DeviantArt user, One time, he stole Sketchy's OC and days later Sketchy found out about this and called him out for it and THAT was the start of chaos.
Penman wanted to get revenge on Sketchy for calling him out so he went to Imgflip, made an account, The infamous "Penman1". Fact: Penman was Ben's OG name on Imgflip.
Penman even made a now deleted stream called "Death to Sketchy" and posted hateful memes about him. He later encountered Sketchy and said he was going to reek havoc on the Drawings stream.
Sketchy's girlfriend Ivy made her appearance on Imgflip on which he had announced, but Penman saw this as an opportunity to stalk her.
Sketchy immediately took notice of this and now all hell broke lose.
To this day, Penman is now used as a complete joke when he is long gone but now he came back with now unfeatured meme saying that Sketchy is friendless and the comments were filled with drama.
I even made a reversed version of his meme which is now on the stream a few days ago.
