The scourge (although not being able to manipulate anything like what the Limitless Devourer can do) can still deal a fatal bite with excellent grip strength making sure nothing escapes it's grip and has an strong bashing tool at the end of it's tail making sure nothing can hide from it's rampage

The Reality Ravager can twist reality into whatever it wants at its own will. It can even twist itself into whatever it needs, a blade, a gun, an extra arm, a shield, you name it. It has enough strength to rival (not exceed nor equal) the Tyrant, and enough speed to rival (once again, not exceed nor equal) the Overseer. It has the knowledge of every outcome, and every possible reality.

Welp, let's give the scourge of the multiverse the power to manipulate anything now because this just isn't fair to anyone

here's the thing, just because Reality Ravager has the knowledge of every possible reality doesn't mean he can change the outcome. He just knows what could happen, he can't actually do anything about it.
