I know it would defeat the whole point HOWEVER large streams like msmg would probably have it turned off. So it'd still suck.

It makes sitewide ban pretty pointless

If site ban becomes togglable by a user, some rule breakers would just post in their own stream with the site ban bypassed, such as posting porn or harassment

fix: make a stream only sitewide banned people can see and post in and call it "Personal_Hell". kinda like suspected cheaters in games can be put in cheater only lobbies
