Well yeah, I'm not convinced it's accurate to say that women have more rights than men anywhere in the USA - in my examples the right to maternity leave tends to be extended to women over men, but the right to dress comfortably tends to go to men; in regularfella's example the right to not-be-touched-when-you-don't-want-to-be is legally given to everybody equally, though in practice that right is waived for women more often.
I guess it's fair to say it's a more complex issue than your meme makes out.

I think you might have confused talking and touching with verbal and physical harassment. Never had any cops called for saying hello and then stopping when I get no response or touching a women's hand wall partner dancing. Might wanna check yourself and think about why you feel entitled to harass people.
