Standardized testing equals sadness

Feeling like I have to do more than my best. I don't do my absolute best because I'll burn myself out on one subject and fail the others. I try my best whilst not overworking myself and yet I still feel overworked and I'm still doing shit in school

School is very outdated, it makes you work like your dream job is to work in the factories.
It is very biased towards boys despite being told that we are far more privileged.
People don’t learn what is need but are told to learn Sin, Cos, and Tan instead of learning how to do taxes or how to manage my money.
When schools say they do what they can to stop bullying only for them to punish the victim with the reason being that the victim must have provoked the bully.
Test don’t teach people life skills like problem solving, they teach people to memorize stuff that people will more than likely forget about it when school ends.

The entirety of school is a big load of bullshit. Why the f**k do we have to do HOMEWORK!? It's our f**king weekend, we shouldn't have to do work. And state testing is ridiculous. That's almost as, if not, stupider than zodiac signs. Why does our grade on ONE DAMN TEST decide whether or not we go to the next grade? Also, grades mean nothing. Why do people let a F**KING LETTER define them/their children SO DAMN EASILY!? Not to note how RANDOM AND USELESS THE KNOWLEDGE IS. Oh cool, king Nebuchadnezzar II destroyed the temple of Jerusalem, but I'm probably going to become a McDonald's cashier, so WHERE THE F**K WOULD I USE THAT INFORMATION!? Note that this semester BARELY started around 2 months ago for me, AND I DON'T EVEN REMEMBER ANY OF THE SHIT I LEARNED LAST YEAR. That's how useless school is. Homework used to be a punishment but now you get punished for not doing it. And they make the homework the EXACT DIFFICULTY where you can finish it without trying but you'll get a bad grade and if you want a good grade then you will have to put in JUST enough effort that you do a bit more than your best but burn yourself out and get a bad grade on the rest of the classes, therefore having to choose a class to "specialize" in. But like I said, grades are meaningless. And summer break is bullshit too! Why isn't it the full damn duration of summer!? I'm only doing homeschool because at least I have more freedom while doing it, starting next year since my parents dragged me into a in-person school. Not to note that ART CLASS. Why does ART class have a grade? you can't grade art. Anyways, i think that school should be destroyed completely and remade. And where is the proof that kids can ONLY learn when they're forced to?!

Preach brother! I think school should start at, at least 9:30 - 10:00 am. Just for an extra hour or two of sleep

yeah and still have the same hours, not start later end later, start later, end earlier, is the way to go. but schools think the way to go is, start super early, end super late. in south korea some school days last from 5am to 9pm! how are the people happy there?

Agree and disagree. I think the system could be improved. You shouldn't try to destroy the system until you know that nothing can be done to improve it

in my opinion the system should be destroyed and then rebuilt into a new, higher-tier system. although thats probably a bad idea because modern society would make it lower-tier
