He’s gonna beat the charges, and then he’ll have a whole new narrative for 2024.

It’s not a stretch to imagine that Trump finds a way to get off on a technicality (law is full of twists and turns that average people can’t hope to understand), but that’s not really a great rallying cry.

To his diehard supporters, sure, he could sell that outcome as a MASSIVE WIN!, but to everyone else, voting for O.J. Simpson is a hard sell.

Everyone knew OJ was guilty, after a while atleast. They’ve been trying to stick trump with this since forever, only thing that would change is a verdict. If trump gets an innocent verdict, he’s not going anywhere…in that he’s not going to jail, for now atleast, and he’s coming back with a reinvigorated voter base and an innocent record. This can be a blessing in disguise for him.
