You can literally make poisons that will kill with a few drops in alcohol using tobacco chew, basic over-the-counter chemicals you can find at a drugstore, and basic high school chemistry equipment. Why does this 'Lab corp' care if you buy pure starch?

Why does anyone care about body dissolving acid? I can literally link you to a .pdf from archive.org that is hundreds of pages long and contains instructions on bombs, improvised weapons, poisons, full-auto conversions for semi-auto rifles, and much more.
