Sounds like your local school board is lacking. Education is a local problem....not a federal one. The districts have all the power to spend their money how they see fit.

Sounds like you don't know how it works. The chain goes, Local, County, and then State. If the State doesn't have the resources to provide, they request assistance from Federal.

In this case the Schools need far more assistance than Ukraine, and more U.S. Citizens would prefer the schools get the funding than Ukraine.

How is that my local district is doing better then other districts within my state? My county is my district. It os local. That is the point. So now what about yor model? We are the same state, in the same Country? It is because my local district prioritizes students over facilities and staff. Our cost per stident is higher than most...as our counties TAX BASE HAS VOTED TO SPEND THEONEY ON STUDENTS. LOCAL PROBLEM!!!
