Fanmade level idea: Level 51K3 "SIKE"

Level 51K3 Is a unique level being that it is the hardest to get to. You can only get here by getting to a specific point whilst climbing the infinite staircase.
Level 51K3 bears Environmental hazards. Such as the fact you age 2x faster. The level in question consists of mountains made of marred flesh and bones covered in thick dust. The mountains actually turn out to be the bodies of wretches, so climbing down these said mountains would prove fatal. The sky on this level is a hazy purple. Staring at it would be a cognitohazard and would cause you to collapse. Any camera footage of this level is not possible as for the reason why it's a crappy drawing that you see.

Question: when you get to real life after passing that level, you are aged as in the Backrooms or you get the same years as in real life?

And by the way that was pretty good

You are the same age as you are in the level itself. Meaning that if you are 12 in the level and you stay there for a year, you become 14. And getting out of said level will keep your age as 14.

The only way to enter is by climbing exactly 500 steps on level 9223372036854775807.
Eventually you may feel like you are floating into this level.

To Exit we recommend getting to an area that has a mountain made of all bones. Dig through it, and hope you do not come across a bone thief. If you are successful, you will enter the Blue Channel.

There is also a high probability of coming across a wretch, and a medium probability of coming across a bone thief if you are to find a mountain entirely composed of bones.

There is no chance you will ever find a living, breathing, human being here.
