idk, but I think it has to be a gif and you need Imgflip Pro as well

While I do not know the specifics, I do know you need Imgflip Pro to do so.

1. Press the 'More Options' button. (image above)
2. Go to the 'Sound' section. (red underline)
3. Click on the dropdown. (red arrow)
4. Select one of the 'Enable' options. (green arrow)

Keep in mind that you need pay for Imgflip Pro to use sound on GIFs.
