I think the feminist movement -- at least where their leadership is concerned -- became a joke when they collectively endorsed scam artist and race-agitator Barack Obama over Hillary Clinton for the presidency.
One did not have to LIKE Hillary to see that feminists spurning a woman running in their own party for a man with ZERO meaningful national level experience and no leadership or management history was BAD for their movement because it sent a MAJOR mixed signal to women. I think at that time the National Organization of Women found themselves losing membership hand over fist; and they've been a joke as an organization ever since.
The nearest that the modern feminist movement has got to a real leader any more is J.K. Rowling . . . and feminists are politically obligated to despise her because she actually stands up for women in the face of the encroachment of born males transexuals STEALING athletic prizes from real girls and real women. It's all kinds of . . . messed up.
