From what I've seen and experienced, everyone's identity is one or a combination/variant of these four: Girl, Boy, nonbinary, agender
For example, I'm not a boy or a girl, but I still feel relation to gender, so I'm nonbinary rather than agender.
I'm not sure if this makes complete sense, and I can elaborate if needed.

Well... there are 5 confrimed, (male, female, nonbinary, agender, and hermaphrodite [yea, in short, its when someone has both male and female parts....]). And there are at least 72 unconfirmed.
